Once upon a time, or rather two and a half decades ago to be precise, a venerable Ma Foi senior told zealous beginner Hastha Krishnan, ‘…take care of the customer, and the business will take care of itself.’ Those were the days when language such as ‘professionalising the recruitment business’ was considered radical.

It was also the era in non-retained searches, where relationships and the quality of work done, helped organisations emerge as top dog, in a multi-consultant scenario.

TATE LC was a dream that was born in Hastha’s soul, long before it took wing. It was the expression of a deep desire to go beyond her achievements over two decades, in Executive Search and HR services. As serendipity would have it, Hastha’s vision found synergy in the hearts of a close-knit team of senior associates and friends. They purposed to establish a unique paradigm to leadership hiring and consulting. Thus was the beginning of TATE Leadership Consulting in 2013.

The senior management team at TATE LC comprises consultants, each of whom have spent over two decades in areas like CXO hiring, training and consulting.

The TATE LC executive search philosophy is premised on the belief that it’s the proper articulation of a client’s cultural context, purpose and ‘why,’ that drives executive search. Beyond IQ and achievements, it’s EQ and SQ that’s important for placing individuals in environments that enable them grow, thrive and drive.

TATE LC has successfully executed assignments across India, Europe and North America. Past experience includes S.E.Asia, Middle East and Africa.
