Abhay’s experience emanates from his tenure as HR head, TCS Software Research Centre, Pune; and thereafter in the same position at TranSys Technologies’ India and US operations. Handling senior management roles like Head of Web Portals, Head of HR Consulting Group, and Head - Technology in Ma Foi Management Consultants, were part of Abhay’s achievements, in addition to consulting assignments in India, the Middle East, South-East Asia and Sri Lanka.
As an Executive Coach, Abhay specialises in Assessment & Development Centres, Performance Management Systems, HR Automation, Organisational Vision & HR Strategy.
Abhay is a post graduate and gold medallist from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and has a range of certifications in psychometric tools and assessment. His professional certifications include MBTI, Workplace Big 5, FIRO-B, CPI-260 and EUM.
Abhay unwinds by listening to Hindustani classical music, reading Urdu poetry, and solving cryptic crosswords.

Dr. Poonamallee is Co-founder and Chairperson of In-Med Prognostics, a health-tech firm that brings affordable, accessible, and reliable predictive analytics for brain health to emerging markets.
She received a Fulbright Fellowship to work with the Botswana Civil Society, Botswana Government, US Embassy in Botswana, USAID,and private sector in Botswana to develop a social entrepreneurship ecosystem and leadership capacity building forcivil society.
Dr. Poonamallee’s scholarly work and consulting practice focusses on building organisational capacities towards a more just, sustainable and prosperous world. Not resting content with over two decades of deep experience in Executive Search and HR Services, Hastha launched TATE Leadership Consulting along with a team of like-minded associates. Bringing a distinctive approach to leadership hiring and consulting, Hastha’s vision provides the core inspiration to TATE.
Hastha’s global industry and consulting expertise was honed during her long Ma Foi tenure, as CEO - Executive Search, and on the Board. Beyond a 3-year stint in London, as Head, Europe Operations, Hastha front-ended the CorpComm, succession planning and professional staffing portfolios. Hastha was an Independent Director on the Board of Consolidated Construction Company Limited and has featured in the CII E Compendium of Women Achievers.
Hastha’s academic pursuits earned her a Bachelor's in English and Sociology, a Masters in English, and a Sr. Executive Program Diploma in Leadership & Strategy at Tias Nimbus Business School, in association with INSEAD.

Viju’s quest for serious work in a fun environment led her to TATE. The conducive rather than competitive environment she found there, coupled with trust and bonhomie, provided what she was looking for without having to ask for it.
Over 30 years of work experience in English language teaching, Human Resources & Training. Heading HR for two large businesses apart from playing a key role in the training business. That’s a brief summary of Viju’s capabilities.
At TATE, Viju’s mandates in Executive Assessment and Training cover courseware development, training delivery, and business development. Her achievement spectrum covers a range of training programs in language and communication skills, and leadership development across functions and businesses.
